Analysis
Our customers call upon our expertise to help them identify and analyze
problems. The most important step you can make is identifying the actual
problem. We've helped frustrated customers identify and solve these problems.
Typically, our customers are frustrated because they have been addressing the symptoms
associated with the root problem, and they keep addressing those symptoms, but
they never actually solved the problem. This is called the band-aid approach.
We are good at finding these problems and determining the correct course of
action necessary to fix it. We can then generate the necessary project
documentation, such as a Vision document, that describes the problem and a high
level list of requirements needed to fix it. The customer must approve this
document before any real design can begin.
We use tools such as
IBM® Rational® RequisitePro® to perform the analysis and
Microsoft Project® and Excel® to generate the initial project schedule
and cost estimates.
Design
Once the problem has been identified and sufficient requirements gathering has
occurred, it's time to start designing the solution.
The design phase includes items such as database diagrams, Use Case documents,
process flow charts, and refinement of the project schedule.
We use tools such as
Microsoft Visio® and IBM® Rational® RequisitePro®.
Implementation
OK, so you've analyzed the problem, you've designed a solution, now you need
help implementing it.
We provide the development services to make your vision become a reality. We
use the latest development tools, sush as Microsoft Visual Studio .NET®, C#,
VB.NET, and SQL Server 2000®.
